Booking terms

For bookings of AUX Lichtblick Göggingen through auxapartment.de. The terms agreed when you make your booking apply. These terms do not change existing confirmed stays or bookings made through other booking platforms.

Accommodation and contracting party

The accommodation provider and your contracting party is Taras Serikov, Zieglerstraße 10, 86199 Augsburg, Germany. AUX Living Göggingen is the name of this website; AUX Living is the brand name. Contact: info@auxliving.de, +49 1523 3924283.

AUX Lichtblick Göggingen is a holiday apartment for a maximum of two guests in Augsburg-Göggingen. The accommodation is let for the period selected when booking. The apartment description and the services listed in the booking form determine what is included in your stay.

How your booking becomes binding

First select your dates and number of guests. The Smoobu booking form shows the available accommodation, total price and payment method. You then enter your contact details. Before completing the binding booking, you can review your details and correct them in the input fields or by returning to the search. Simply opening or completing a search does not create a booking.

By activating the final booking button, you make a binding booking offer. Acceptance takes place immediately through the successful booking confirmation in the Smoobu system on our behalf. This concludes the accommodation contract. The booking is not a non-binding enquiry and does not become binding only after your subsequent bank transfer has arrived.

You will also receive confirmation of your booking by email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us before booking again. Your booking details are stored in Smoobu to fulfil the contract. You can request a copy of your contract information using the contact details above. You can save or print these terms using your browser. Contract information is available in German and English.

Total price

The total price shown before completion for your dates and number of guests applies, including compulsory price components and any additional services you have selected. Optional services used only during your stay are not automatically included in the booking.

Final cleaning costs EUR 40 once per stay. This fee is already included in the displayed total price and is not charged in addition to that total.

The accommodation supplied by Taras Serikov is VAT-exempt under the small business exemption in section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). VAT is not shown separately.

Bank transfer and payment deadline

Payment is by bank transfer. The agreed total booking price, including final cleaning, is payable in full in advance: within three calendar days after receiving the booking confirmation and no later than before the agreed check-in time. You will receive the bank details and payment reference with the payment information for your booking.

For bookings made on the arrival day, please initiate payment without delay, normally within one hour after receiving confirmation; the agreed check-in time remains the latest deadline. If that time has already passed or a short-notice transfer is not possible, please contact us directly to make an individual arrangement. The one-hour period is not a promise that a standard bank transfer will reach our account within one hour.

For payment and cancellation deadlines, the check-in time is 4 pm on the arrival date in local Augsburg time (Europe/Berlin), unless we have expressly agreed a different time with you. Merely entering an estimated arrival time in the form does not constitute such an agreement.

Cancellation and no-show

You may cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the agreed check-in time. The deadline is based on local Augsburg time and when we receive your cancellation.

For later cancellations or no-shows, the agreed overnight accommodation price for the entire booked stay remains payable after deducting saved expenses and income from re-letting. We cap this claim at 90% of the agreed overnight accommodation price for the entire stay, not just the first night. Separately charged additional services that are not provided are excluded from this calculation.

Any greater savings and income from re-letting are credited and may further reduce or eliminate the amount payable. You may expressly demonstrate that we incurred no loss or a substantially lower loss. In that case, the claim is waived or reduced accordingly. Statutory rights to withdraw, terminate or seek other remedies remain unaffected.

We recommend sending cancellations to info@auxliving.de. Please provide your booking reference or your name and travel dates so that we can identify the booking. An advance payment does not remove your right to cancel free of charge within the agreed period.

Refunds

We will refund any undisputed amount without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation. We normally refund the account from which payment was received. We will agree any different refund arrangement with you. We do not charge a refund processing fee.

If re-letting or further savings result in an additional refund, we will account for this after the originally booked period and refund the additional amount without undue delay. Statutory rights and any earlier payment obligations are not restricted.

No statutory right of withdrawal for the booked holiday stay

The accommodation offered here is for non-residential purposes and a specific period. There is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under section 312g(2), point 9, of the German Civil Code. Your contractual right to cancel free of charge as described above remains available.

Arrival, stay and departure

Check-in is between 4 pm and 9 pm; check-out is before 10 am, unless otherwise agreed. Self check-in is available. You will receive your personal arrival and access information through Smoobu. For a short-notice booking or if you need help, call +49 1523 3924283.

Please observe the house rules: no parties or events, no smoking inside and no pets; additional visitors require prior approval. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Do not share access details with third parties.

A free underground parking space is available only on request and after confirmation. Park forwards only and follow the signs. Optional washing and drying each cost EUR 3 per cycle; individual EUR 1 coins are required.

There is a property-management camera in the entrance area. It is activated by the doorbell for a visual check, not by movement. A Minut sensor measures sound levels in decibels inside the apartment; conversations are not recorded. Further information is provided in our privacy notice.

Early departure and problems during your stay

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to leave early. Departure for personal reasons does not automatically end the agreed payment obligation. Saved expenses and income from re-letting are taken into account, and we will provide an explanation of the calculation. No additional penalty is agreed. Statutory rights, including those relating to defects or extraordinary termination, remain unaffected.
